The research, which promotes significantly the state of the art, had the following deliverables:
- A monograph entitled A History of Ottoman Political Thought Up to the Early Nineteenth Century: A course of early modernity, written by the project supervisor Dr. Marinos Sariyannis (with one chapter written by E. Tuşalp Atiyas), to be published by Brill editions
- Papers by the main collaborators of the project (in English) on various topics related to Ottoman political thought
- An online database on Ottoman political works, indexing their contents, key themes, interrelations and backgrounds
- An international symposium of the “Halcyon Days in Crete” series (organized by the Institute for Mediterranean Studies/FORTH in Rethymno), which took place in January 2015, under the title “Ottoman political theory and practice”.
